Directors
Leadership with Purpose
Stokes Rousseau was founded on a shared vision: to build better — with integrity, purpose, and people at the centre.
Co-founder Kurt Price and Director Luke Vardon bring together complementary expertise from across the built environment, united by a commitment to quality and innovation.
Kurt, with a background in civil engineering and project management, is passionate about heritage restoration and creating socially responsible projects. Since day one, he’s championed a company culture grounded in ethics, community value, and work-life balance.
Luke joined in 2010 and was appointed Director in 2011. With over a decade of prior experience and dual builder registrations, he leads project delivery with a strong focus on business development, cost control, and process improvement.
Together, they’ve built more than a construction company — they’ve created a values-driven culture that supports great people and delivers exceptional outcomes.
